Job Description
The Product Operations Manager II International at Alarm.com is responsible for coordinating the deployment, certification, and support of video security products in international markets, working cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and regional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate international market feedback on video hardware with relevant teams
- Monitor and track regulatory certification progress for hardware products by region
- Plan and prioritize country launches, coordinating cross-functional activities
- Manage beta and early access deployments in international markets
- Support international-specific SKU, label, packaging, and firmware configurations
- Gather, organize, and assess international-specific feature requests for software and firmware
- Diagnose and troubleshoot international-specific hardware and software issues
- Align and communicate effectively between product and international go-to-market teams
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; business degrees accepted only if paired with strong technical experience or a technical focus
- 2 to 5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product coordination roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging across functions and regions
- Comfortable working across time zones and with globally distributed teams
- Self-starter who enjoys building repeatable systems and solving unstructured problems
- Experience with hardware product lifecycles, SKUs, or certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with international product deployment or market adaptation (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with Jira and Confluence (preferred but not mandatory)
