Job Description
The Product Manager will lead the development and enhancement of Verify, an API that classifies security camera events to reduce false positives, enabling reliable emergency response solutions for IoT security products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, and applying AI and computer vision technologies to improve product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and launch high-impact features for the Verify product
- Analyze data and feedback to inform product decisions and measure success
- Investigate advancements in AI, computer vision, and related technologies to enhance Verify's capabilities
- Drive rapid testing, learning, and iteration to continuously improve the product
Requirements
- Experience leading the development and evolution of API products, specifically human-powered APIs that classify security camera-detected events for IoT companies.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define, prioritize, and launch high-impact features for the Verify product.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and feedback to uncover insights, guide product decisions, and measure success.
- Familiarity with AI, computer vision, API or similar technologies, and the excitement to apply them to real-world problems.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Curiosity and eagerness to stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a bias for action and a passion for quick testing and iteration.
- Self-motivation, with a strong sense of ownership and an adaptable, scrappy mindset.
