Job Description

The Enterprise Sales Development Representative at OpenEye is responsible for generating and qualifying new leads through outbound and inbound outreach, supporting the sales pipeline, and setting up meetings and product demos with potential enterprise clients to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and inbound marketing leads.
  • Research and identify potential enterprise customers using various tools and techniques.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the Enterprise Account Executive team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate activity and interaction records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement outreach strategies.
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects and nurture leads until they are ready for engagement.

Requirements

  • 1 years of experience in a Sales Development role, preferably in the Enterprise space and technology sector.
  • 1 years in a sales or customer facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software e.g., SalesForce, Outreach and other sales tools.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
