Job Description

The Partner Success Executive role is a relationship management position focused on driving revenue by developing and maintaining partnerships, educating partners on products, and collaborating with sales and support teams within a fast-growing SaaS security technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with regional partners to promote Alarm.com products
  • Educate partners on product offerings and influence sales activities
  • Collaborate with sales teams and support departments to identify target dealers and coordinate sales efforts
  • Attend industry events, meetings, and trade shows to network and promote the company's solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 year of experience in a sales role is preferred
  • Experience making consistent outbound calls to existing and new partners
  • Experience using sales automation products such as Salesforce.com
  • Ability to drive a consistent and productive conversation
  • Comfortable speaking in front of audiences
  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Willing to work onsite in Tysons Corner 4 days a week
