Job Description

The International Sales Support Specialist at Alarm.com will collaborate with the sales team to improve processes, develop pricing strategies, and analyze data to support global sales operations, contributing to the company's growth in smart security and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and sales operations teams on process improvements
  • Create pricing structures for new solutions and service offerings
  • Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
  • Lead meetings to define global pricing strategies for partners
  • Provide insights for contract management and electronic system usage
  • Perform budget and account analysis, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions
  • Collect, organize, and report data from various systems

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in sales operations or finance positions
  • Experience with Salesforce is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office for day-to-day tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly and possess strong observational skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, break down data, and find key insights
  • Experience in creating pricing structures for solutions including part logistics, warehousing, monthly service subscriptions, and other offerings
  • Experience maintaining updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
  • Experience performing budgetary and proprietary account analysis, identifying root causes of discrepancies, and proposing solutions
  • Experience collecting data from various systems, organizing data into spreadsheets, and developing reports
  • Ability to collaborate on various improvement projects for the sales operation team
  • Must interface effectively with a wide variety of cultures and personality types
  • Must be able to perform duties in a hybrid work environment (office 4 days a week)
