Job Description
The Contingent Workforce Program Administrator manages the entire lifecycle of contingent workers, including contract administration, onboarding, compliance, vendor relations, and offboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire contingent worker lifecycle from requisition to offboarding, including contract drafting, review, and renewals.
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as IT access, workspace setup, and orientation.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including asset collection and system access removal.
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices against contracts and timesheets, resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with policies and labor laws in HRIS or VMS systems.
- Serve as the primary contact for staffing agencies and contingent labor vendors, managing relationships and performance issues.
- Generate reports and analytics on workforce trends, costs, and utilization.
- Recommend process, policy, and tool improvements to optimize contingent workforce management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, contingent workforce administration, or vendor management.
- Experience with contract management, workforce classification, and invoice reconciliation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS and/or VMS platforms preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
