Job Description
The Contingent Workforce Program Administrator manages the entire lifecycle of contingent workers, including contract administration, onboarding, billing, compliance, and offboarding, while serving as the main liaison between vendors, hiring managers, and internal departments to ensure efficient and compliant workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of contingent workers, including requisition, onboarding, contract management, and offboarding.
- Draft, review, track, and ensure timely renewal of contingent worker contracts and amendments.
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as IT access, workspace setup, and orientation.
- Monitor assignment end dates and facilitate contract extensions or terminations.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including asset collection and system access removal.
- Review vendor invoices against contracts and resolve discrepancies to ensure billing accuracy.
- Partner with Accounts Payable for timely invoice processing and payments.
- Maintain accurate contingent worker data in HRIS or VMS systems and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
- Support audits related to worker documentation, contracts, and access privileges.
- Serve as the primary contact for staffing agencies and contingent labor vendors, managing performance and service agreements.
- Generate reports and analytics on workforce trends, costs, and utilization.
- Recommend process, policy, and tool improvements to optimize contingent workforce management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years experience in HR operations, contingent workforce administration, or vendor management.
- Experience with contract management, workforce classification, and invoice reconciliation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and functions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS and/or VMS platforms preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
