Job Description
The position involves participating in a comprehensive Finance Accounting Management Development Program with rotations across technical accounting, strategic finance, business unit FP&A, and corporate FP&A, aimed at developing skills for a long-term career in finance within a technology-driven company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess business developments and apply analytical skills to complex technical accounting issues related to U.S. GAAP, external reporting, and accounting close processes.
- Support strategic decision-making by conducting market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling, and synthesize research into actionable insights.
- Partner with business leaders to create, monitor, and analyze business plans, and conduct scenario planning and operational analysis to drive accountability and risk assessment.
- Consolidate company-wide financials into forecasts and operating models, and engage in corporate-level planning across various functions.
Requirements
- A B.A. or B.S. or higher-level degree preferably in a business- or finance-related field from a competitive school with strong academic performance.
- Highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter with ability to deliver results.
- Academic background or work experience related to Finance.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple data sources, and synthesize information for executive decision-making.
- Leadership and business acumen.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
