Job Description

The Digital Marketing and Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects, driving pipeline growth and revenue for various Venture Business Units within Alarm.com.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define product positioning, value propositions, and audience personas in collaboration with VBU leadership.
  • Develop, implement, and test integrated demand generation programs tailored to each VBU's target audience and growth goals.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, email, and ABM.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to optimize targeting, automate workflows, personalize messaging, and improve campaign ROI.
  • Create landing pages, email content, and offers such as whitepapers, webinars, and case studies to generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Proven track record of creating B2B campaigns that drive measurable pipelines and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear reports and actionable insights, including experience with Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, and attribution tracking.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, ideally Pardot.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid media, account-based marketing (ABM), and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align marketing strategies with sales priorities.
