Job Description
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment frameworks, with a focus on automation, AI tools, and collaboration across engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and developer productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
- Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
- Automate provisioning, configuration, deployments, and operational workflows
- Manage build and release environments including VMs, containers, and cloud resources
- Apply GitOps principles to improve deployment consistency and reliability
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency
- Use AI-assisted analysis for root cause investigation and incident resolution
- Monitor and maintain system performance, scalability, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure issues, and deployment failures
- Support daily build and release operations and participate in on-call rotations
Requirements
- A mid-level AI Driven Build Release Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in DevOps, Build Release Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C++, Java, Python, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or similar.
- Strong scripting experience with PowerShell required; Bash or similar scripting experience preferred.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
- Working knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux systems.
- Experience developing automation tools or frameworks.
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools to enhance development workflows, automation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
