Job Description
The position involves identifying and qualifying potential customers, engaging prospects through outbound outreach, and setting up meetings for the sales team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment focused on video security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers using various tools.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage prospects.
- Qualify leads by understanding business needs and challenges.
- Schedule meetings and product demos with qualified prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies.
- Follow up with prospects who have engaged but not booked meetings.
- Provide updates on lead generation, pipeline, and key metrics.
Requirements
- One year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually with uncapped earning potential
