Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the sourcing strategy for process equipment modules, BOP, and electrical components.
  • Build and manage a scalable supply base to meet changing demand.
  • Identify, qualify, and negotiate with vendors.
  • Drive cost reduction while ensuring quality, delivery, and technical requirements.
  • Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics such as cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and program management on demand and build plans.
  • Resolve supply chain and supplier issues efficiently and systematically.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, strategic sourcing, or supply base management, ideally for process equipment, skids, or complex industrial systems.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a multi-vendor supply base.
  • Strong background in sourcing on cost, quality, delivery, and risk, with a total cost of ownership mindset.
  • Hands-on materials planning experience including MRP, demand supply matching, and inventory management.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications and work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
