The Onboarding Manager is responsible for ensuring customer success during the onboarding process by managing product implementation, providing training, facilitating data migrations, and advising on best practices across various sectors to foster long-term partnerships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee customer accounts post-sale and prior to transition to Customer Success Managers
Provide onboarding templates, best practices, and training for customers
Manage product implementation and configurations for multiple customer engagements
Drive product strategy during onboarding to ensure long-term success
Facilitate customer data migrations from other CRMs and tools to Affinity
Present product features, integrations, and upgrade opportunities to customers
Advise customers on best practices and industry-specific use cases
Update customers on new features relevant to their workflows
Collaborate with the product team to relay feedback and suggest improvements
Requirements
You have 2 years work experience in customer-facing SaaS Account Management, Implementation, Technical Support, Consulting, Workflow Management and or Project Management.
You understand customer needs points and are able to prioritize accordingly.
You have magician-like qualities in your use of Excel to conduct data clean-up and raw data structure analysis.
You are able to manage your time across multiple customers and projects to meet aggressive timelines.
You are able to manage expectations and complexity and are comfortable with navigating grey areas to solve customer problems.
You excel at both written and live customer communication.
You are able to engage a group of people to get a team excited about our technology by providing interactive and engaging product education.
You have the ability to work cross-functionally.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced startup environment.
