Job Description
This role involves building and managing a sales pipeline to acquire new accounts and expand revenue within the Private Capital CRM business, primarily selling SaaS solutions to financial services clients through inbound and outbound prospecting, customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and close a pipeline of new accounts and expand revenue within existing accounts in the Private Capital CRM business.
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads daily.
- Present to prospects and challenge their thinking to optimize their teams and processes.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to identify and drive expansion revenue within existing accounts.
- Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and exceed sales quotas.
- Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to execute outbound prospecting efforts.
- Conduct customer meetings from discovery to presentation and closing with actionable outcomes.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of recent sales experience selling SaaS products, preferably to financial services companies such as Venture Capital (VC), Corporate Venture Capital (CVC), and Private Equity (PE).
- Consistent over quota performance in sales roles.
- Ability to manage and qualify inbound leads while developing and executing an outbound prospecting plan.
- Ability to conduct customer meetings from discovery to presentation and close, with actionable outcomes at all organizational levels throughout the sales cycle.
- Knowledge and practical application of MEDDPICC sales methodology as well as solution selling methodologies.
- Strong technical acumen to confidently speak to the full solution, including custom API integrations, data enrichment, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of different CRM solutions and utilization of modern sales tools and methodologies.
- A solid track record of successfully partnering with internal teams to help drive additional value for prospects and existing customers.
Benefits & Perks
Base salary range of $105,000 - $115,000 USD
Commission based on sales targets
