Job Description
A relationship-focused marketing role responsible for developing customer advocacy, partner marketing, and influencer relations within the private capital community to enhance brand reputation, drive pipeline growth, and foster authentic industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage customer reference and advisory board programs with top-tier PE VC firms
- Create compelling case studies demonstrating ROI and deal flow acceleration
- Coordinate customer speaking opportunities at industry events and webinars
- Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives and joint content with partners and portfolio companies
- Build and track partner referral programs and enablement materials
- Identify, engage, and collaborate with industry thought leaders and influencers
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and thought leadership collaborations
- Develop speaking bureau relationships for company executives
- Use AI tools for prospect research, content personalization, and relationship mapping
- Track and measure program performance related to pipeline growth and customer advocacy
Requirements
- 3-4 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, private capital, or relationship-driven industries
- Proven track record managing customer advocacy, partner marketing, or community programs
- Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with senior executives
- Interest in and understanding of private capital markets PE VC ecosystem, deal flow, and industry dynamics (preferred but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to craft compelling stories
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing relationship marketing programs
- Familiarity with AI tools for research, personalization, and content creation

Compensation/salary range: $119,000 - $137,000 USD base, depending on experience and location
