A relationship-focused marketer responsible for developing and managing customer advocacy, partner marketing, and influencer relations programs within the private capital community to enhance brand reputation, drive pipeline growth, and foster authentic industry connections.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage customer reference and advisory programs with top-tier PE VC firms
Create case studies, coordinate speaking opportunities, and facilitate peer networking for customers
Develop and maintain co-marketing relationships and joint content initiatives with partners and portfolio companies
Identify, engage, and collaborate with industry thought leaders and influencers in private equity and venture capital sectors
Requirements
3-4 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in financial services, private capital, or relationship-driven industries
Proven track record managing customer advocacy, partner marketing, or community programs
Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with senior executives
Interest in and understanding of private capital markets PE VC ecosystem, deal flow, and industry dynamics (preferred but not mandatory)
Excellent communication skills with ability to craft compelling stories
Data-driven mindset with experience measuring and optimizing relationship marketing programs
