Job Description

This role involves outbound prospecting and lead generation for Affinity's Private Capital CRM business, focusing on building a sales pipeline through personalized outreach, account research, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source meetings for Account Executives through outbound prospecting across multiple channels
  • Conduct account persona research and develop prospecting plans for target accounts
  • Review, qualify, and follow up on inbound leads
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging for the target vertical
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Affinity's product line and value proposition
  • Use sales tools such as Salesforce, 6Sense, Outreach.io, Lavender, and Google Suite to manage pipeline
  • Manage and track sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and quota achievement

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales lead generation experience in B2B with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales and account-based activity objectives.
  • Highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with solid organizational, planning, and execution skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Compensation/salary range: $60,000 - $65,000 USD base salary, plus commission based on sales targets
Work schedule: Hybrid model with in-office 2-3 days per week, typically Tuesday through Thursday
