A senior engineer responsible for developing and deploying advanced state estimation, calibration, and mapping algorithms for Aeva's 4D LiDAR sensors to enhance autonomous driving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Implement state-of-the-art methods in state estimation, online calibration, and optimization for LiDAR systems
Deploy LiDAR algorithms to production environments to enhance autonomous driving performance
Work on calibration, localization, and mapping within the CLAMS team to improve sensor accuracy and system reliability
Requirements
Experience working as a Senior Engineer in calibration, localization, and mapping teams.
Proficiency in implementing state-of-the-art (SOTA) methods in state estimation, online calibration, and optimization.
Experience in deploying LiDAR algorithms, specifically Aeva s 4D FMCW LiDAR algorithms, to production environments.
Knowledge of autonomous driving performance enhancement through LiDAR technology.
