Job Description
The Senior Customer Program Manager oversees program deliverables, manages key customer relationships, and identifies opportunities for improvement to support the company's advanced sensing and perception technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all program deliverables for key accounts
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for key customer accounts
- Build trust and rapport with customers
- Identify and document areas of opportunity
- Highlight best practices in program management
Requirements
- Experience in managing customer programs and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts
- Ability to facilitate all program deliverables effectively
- Proven skills in building trust and rapport with clients
- Experience in identifying and documenting areas of opportunity within customer accounts
- Ability to highlight and communicate best practices to clients
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a role that involves managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
