Job Description
A Software Field Applications Engineer supports customer software integration for Aeva's 4D LiDAR products, assisting with sensor deployment, troubleshooting, and developing custom solutions to enable autonomous systems across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer software integration for Aeva's 4D LiDAR products
- Assist partners in deploying and utilizing Aeva software interfaces, tools, and example applications
- Work with customers to bring up sensors and integrate software into their systems
- Troubleshoot integration issues and develop custom solutions or examples as needed
Requirements
- Experience in supporting customer software integration for LiDAR or similar perception products.
- Ability to help partners successfully deploy and use Aeva software interfaces, tools, and example applications.
- Experience in bringing up sensors and integrating software into customer systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting issues related to software and sensor integration.
- Ability to develop custom examples or solutions for customer-specific needs.
- Hands-on experience with software work related to robotics, perception, or automotive systems.
- Excellent customer interaction skills to support partners effectively.
