Job Description
The Engineering Change Analyst is responsible for managing change workflows, ensuring documentation quality, and coordinating product releases from development to production, with a focus on compliance and process improvement within an innovative LiDAR technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering change workflows and approval processes using TeamCenter
- Coordinate product releases from NPI to production, ensuring documentation quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Ensure component specifications comply with Aeva and industry standards
- Develop and refine change control business processes
- Prepare and package engineering documentation to support procurement and production
Requirements
- Experience with TeamCenter to manage Engineering Change (EC) workflows and approval processes
- Ability to coordinate product releases from New Product Introduction (NPI) to production ensuring quality, accuracy, and completeness of documentation
- Expertise in business processes and change control to drive product releases towards excellence
- Ensuring component specifications comply with relevant Aeva and industry standards
- Leadership skills to shepherd engineering documentation into complete documentation packaging supporting procurement and production
- Experience in developing and refining change control business processes for the company
