Job Description
The Director of Quality and Reliability is responsible for leading quality assurance and reliability efforts across Aeva and its suppliers to achieve zero defects and meet all product reliability targets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality LiDAR components and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to ensure processes and actions are in place to drive for zero defects in components and products
- Ensure products meet all Aeva and customer reliability targets
- Oversee quality and reliability management across Aeva and its suppliers
