Job Description
The Director of Quality and Reliability is responsible for leading efforts to ensure zero defects and meet reliability targets for Aeva's LiDAR components and products, working across the company and with suppliers to maintain high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership across Aeva and its suppliers to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
- Implement processes and actions to drive for zero defects in components and products.
- Ensure products meet all Aeva and customer reliability targets.
