Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network infrastructure, including leadership of architecture, engineering, and operations teams in a large, complex, global environment.
- Demonstrated success defining and executing global network strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and large-scale transformation programs.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise networking technologies and services, including WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, cloud networking, datacenter and campus connectivity, wireless, Internet, voice, network segmentation, and secure remote access.
- Strong understanding of network security, cybersecurity controls, regulatory compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience.
- Proven ability to lead globally distributed technical teams, develop talent, establish clear accountability, and foster collaboration across Architecture & Engineering and Operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing operating and capital budgets, business cases, cost optimization, telecommunications contracts, managed service providers, and strategic technology vendors.
- Expertise in service management, major incident and problem management, service-level objectives, performance metrics, capacity planning, and continuous improvement; ITIL certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, translate complex technical topics into business outcomes, and communicate effectively with executive, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience applying enterprise architecture, program management, and governance frameworks; relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, or networking/cloud certifications are preferred.
- Ability to operate effectively across geographic, organizational, and cultural boundaries in a flexible global work environment.
- The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $183,000 and $238,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes annual bonus and long term compensation. The benefits offered for this position are: medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, 401(k) eligibility, and paid time off (including vacation, sick leave time, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
