Task Order Program Manager

• Lead and manage the planning, development, and execution of major research, engineering, and development (R&D) efforts for defense organizations. • Direct a portfolio of technology programs exceeding $100M in value, overseeing the entire lifecycle from initial design and manufacturing to integration and testing. • Navigate and implement the DoW’s Defense Acquisition System (DoD 5000 series) to move prototypes through the modernization pipeline. • Collaborate with R&E program managers and diverse stakeholders across the DoW to build support for experimental strategies and collect evidence for future force requirements. • Lead cross-functional teams in highly classified environments, ensuring all program objectives are met within security protocols. • Provide executive-level briefings and communications to senior stakeholders, translating complex technical progress into strategic mission impacts.
