Acumen is looking for an Impact Manager with at least 8 years of experience to support the Associate Director of Impact and help the team design and implement Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change and Impact Framework.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in creating Theories Of Change, logical frameworks approach/logic models, Impact Frameworks.
Experience in developing Evidence and Measurement Frameworks and operational tools such as Indicator trackers and results based monitoring approaches.
Prior experience collaborating with project implementation teams and familiarity with project planning, Gantt charts, risk management etc.
Experience working in a global context across timezones with multiple stakeholders in private sector finance
System creation and management (processes, practices, technical systems, resourcing, staffing, ways of working)
Experience in use of data analysis software such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Airtable and visualisation software (Tableau or similar) or willingness to learn
Experience in carrying out data analysis using pivot tables, basic regression analysis and statistical methods or willingness to learn
Preferred Experience: Developing basic Salesforce dashboards (or similar) or a willingness to learn
Permanently authorized to work in the United Kingdom, based in London
