Job Description
A Program Associate in Tokyo supporting the delivery of accelerator programs, ecosystem initiatives, and events by coordinating activities, managing logistics, and engaging with community stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and positive participant experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of accelerator programs, ecosystem initiatives, and events
- Coordinate activities before, during, and after programs
- Work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
- Manage logistics and contribute to event planning
- Support community engagement activities
Requirements
- Support the delivery of accelerator programs, ecosystem initiatives, and events in a manner that ensures seamless execution and a positive participant experience.
- Coordinate activities related to programs before, during, and after their execution.
- Work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and vendors to facilitate program activities and event logistics.
- Support community engagement efforts related to the programs and initiatives.
- Manage logistics and contribute to event planning activities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- This is a full-time role based in Tokyo, Japan, initially offered as a one-year contract with potential for renewal.
