Job Description
The Program Manager will lead and execute startup programs and ecosystem-building activities in Casablanca, Morocco, working closely with founders, mentors, and partners to ensure impactful program delivery and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute startup programs and activities in Casablanca, Morocco
- Design and implement program curriculum and activities
- Engage with startups, mentors, and partners to ensure program success
- Manage stakeholder relationships and community-building efforts
- Coordinate and oversee accelerator, founder events, and ecosystem initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to program performance and impact
Requirements
- Experience in leading and executing startup programs and activities, including accelerators, founder-focused events, and ecosystem-building efforts, in Casablanca, Morocco.
- Strong understanding of the startup journey and entrepreneurship as a driver of economic development.
- Ability to work closely with founders, mentors, partners, and internal teams to ensure a seamless and impactful program experience.
- Proven skills in program design and execution, curriculum planning, startup and mentor engagement, stakeholder management, community-building activities, and data reporting.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and demonstrate a mix of structure, empathy, and adaptability in work approach.
- This position requires a 1-year contract with the potential for extension.
