Job Description
The Dispatcher role at Aurora involves managing vehicle operations, ensuring fleet optimization and efficiency, and leading a multidisciplinary team. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a focus on safety while working night shifts.
Responsibilities
- •Support daily management of dispatch, including mission prioritization and assignment.
- •Ensure compliance with global process standards and work on continuous improvement initiatives.
- •Respond and handle emergency situations with composure.
- •Motivate the team to meet company goals.
- •Initiate and complete side projects based on operational priorities.
- •Ensure a safety-first approach is adopted by the team.
- •Understand self-driving technology.
- •Facilitate continuous process improvement.
- •Lead the team to meet quantitative and qualitative goals.
- •Drive efficiency gains and refine processes.
- •Communicate regularly with operations leadership and stakeholders.
