Job Description
The Insights and Operations Associate at Acumen Academy will support program delivery through effective administration, operations, and data management, focusing on enhancing the impact of initiatives aimed at tackling poverty and fostering a community of social innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage logistics for regional and global Foundry programs, including due diligence and technical support for workshops and events.
- Oversee referral and nomination processes for Foundry offerings and partnership programs.
- Maintain a program calendar for all Foundry programs and services.
- Support the design and execution of global outreach strategy and manage communications for outreach.
- Evaluate applications and provide recommendations for final selection.
- Collect, synthesize, and manage regional Foundry data for reporting and decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop tools for gathering participant feedback and generate insights for program success.
- Monitor participation in regional offerings and track engagement metrics.
- Maintain an up-to-date database for community activity data.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in fast-paced projects.
- Permanent authorization to work in Nigeria.
- Analytical mindset to understand data, insights, and impact.
- A commitment to Acumen's mission of solving the toughest problems of poverty, and a passion for leadership development.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams with a multiplicity of stakeholders and to prioritize effectively.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Proactive ability to take initiative and anticipate needs before they arise.
- Strong communication skills to work with global, cross-cultural colleagues, partners, and community members.
- Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with and across teams, seeking and providing constructive feedback.
