Job Description
The Analyst will support the New York Finance team by managing daily accounting tasks, particularly in accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial processes using NetSuite. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain vendors in accounts payable system, ensuring documentation compliance.
- Review incoming Purchase Orders for correctness, accuracy, and coding.
- Check employee expense reports for compliance with expense policy.
- Process payments on invoices and employee expense reports in NetSuite.
- Reconcile accounts payable to general ledger monthly.
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires on expense reports and purchase orders.
- Reconcile Credit Card and Ramp Card expenses with monthly statements and process payments in NetSuite.
- Reconcile Diversity Travel expenses and record in NetSuite.
- Partner with Talent team and PEO providers to process payroll and benefits.
- Update and input payroll and benefits information in PEO platforms.
- Reconcile PEO data with Accounting platform data.
- Reconcile payroll and benefits activities to internal and external reports bi-monthly.
- Deposit checks in appropriate bank accounts via RDC.
- Assist with annual audit and tax compliance by creating supporting schedules.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable in a small or medium sized organization.
- Experience with NetSuite.
- Bachelor's Degree, accounting concentration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Excellent Excel analytics and modeling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of patience and flexibility.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $60,000 to $64,000 plus a performance-based bonus
Work schedule: Hybrid model with three days in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
