Job Description
The Associate Director of Impact at Acumen Academy will lead the impact measurement and management efforts, focusing on refining impact strategies, managing data collection and analysis, and generating actionable insights to enhance the organization's effectiveness in addressing poverty.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead impact measurement and management for Acumen Academy.
- Build and manage impact tools, processes, and systems.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Refine impact strategy and Theories of Change across interventions and regions.
- Establish metrics for success and identify impact throughlines.
- Facilitate translation of data into actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with Curriculum and Content team to develop resources for measuring impact.
- Lead the Academy Data team to ensure consistent data collection and analytics.
- Build and maintain an accessible database of Academy impact data.
- Assess and recommend improvements for impact data selection and aggregation.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation.
- Experience in impact measurement and management.
- Sector experience in education and leadership building.
- Experience in building and managing complex data systems with an orientation towards insights and recommendations.
- Ability to lead and manage a team.
- Ability to advance strategic direction across a multi-regional organization, across time zones and cultures.
- Self-reflective and aligned with Acumen values.
- Authorized to work in the UK.
