Job Description
The Enablement Program Coordinator will support the planning and execution of global programs within the Enablement organization, managing logistics, communications, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver impactful training initiatives and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for global enablement programs.
- Manage program communications and documentation.
- Maintain shared tools, templates, and folders for planning and reporting.
- Support program data collection through surveys and metrics.
- Serve as the point of contact for program vendors and external partners.
- Provide in-session support during live virtual and in-person programs.
- Manage calendar and travel logistics for the VP of Global Enablement.
- Organize internal team meetings and planning sessions.
- Maintain key Enablement documentation.
- Own submission of executive expenses and support access to internal systems.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in program coordination, administrative support, or event logistics ideally supporting enablement, learning development, or sales teams.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Slack, and Concur.
- Strong communicator and collaborator able to interact with a wide range of stakeholders across levels.
- Experience managing logistics for live or virtual programs, including working with vendors and external partners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, New York, or Chicago office in compliance with Pure's policies.

Annual base salary range: $79,000.00 - $168,000.00
