Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst at Pure Storage will support the System Engineering organization by improving efficiency, managing projects, and providing insights to enhance sales operations. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and requires strong analytical skills to drive strategic results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- •Improve efficiency and automation for System Engineers' day-to-day functions
- •Support sales leaders with insights, tools, and project management
- •Establish reporting and analytics to measure success against key performance metrics
- •Develop and document business requirements for new features and processes
- •Foster new strategies and approaches for SE Leadership and senior executives
- •Work cross-functionally with various departments for compensation plans and budget execution
- •Design communication and training strategies for process changes
- •Partner with IT for development testing on release items impacting the SE Organization
- •Create knowledge base articles to educate SEs on new processes
- •Manage communication channels for the SE Organization
Requirements
- •4-5 years of sales operations, business operations, and/or management consulting experience.
- •Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university.
- •Extremely comfortable with Salesforce, Salesforce Reporting, etc.
- •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability and confidence to concisely convey complex information to senior management.
- •Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly pivot.
- •Good track record with process ideation, implementation, and modification with strong foresight and attention to detail for the identification of upstream and downstream effects of process changes.
