Job Description
The Systems Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring the performance of photovoltaic (PV) systems, identifying issues, and ensuring timely resolutions while utilizing Salesforce and other monitoring platforms. The role requires collaboration with various teams and vendors to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate non-reporting and underperforming PV systems, generating cases when necessary.
- Utilize Salesforce and monitoring platforms to generate, analyze, and report on system performance data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve known production issues.
- Validate the resolution of production issues through detailed monitoring checks.
- Work closely with vendors and project managers to streamline processes, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.

- Physical requirements include regular speaking, listening, standing, walking, using hands to handle or feel objects, and reaching with arms.
- Ability to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.
