Job Description
The Trainer is responsible for planning, conducting, and implementing training programs for sales staff and other departments, focusing on employee engagement and performance improvement. The role requires strong decision-making skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while managing training needs and aligning with the company's business model.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, conduct, coordinate, create, update, and implement the training program for sales staff and other departments
- Provide consultation on training and development-related topics
- Manage and support the execution of globally and regionally aligned training programs
- Identify training and development needs through job analysis and consultation with managers and HR
- Collaborate with Regional Trainers and corporate sales training to produce high-quality programs
- Support the development of regional and national induction programs and global role-specific development paths
- Contribute to the creation of eLearning and blended learning programs
- Consider costs and assess the return on investment of training programs
- Produce training materials for in-house courses
- Amend and revise programs to adapt to changes in the work environment
- Assist department managers and trainers in solving specific training problems
- Stay updated on developments in training and coaching
- Announce and register upcoming courses on available platforms
- Develop and follow up on individual learning plans
- Ensure all Regional and National Sales Staff meet minimum qualification levels
- Evaluate individuals and training programs
- Complete individual behavior analysis and assessments
Requirements
- BS/BA degree in training development or industry related field
- 3 years direct experience in training and development in a sales environment
- Expert facilitator skilled in engaging audience via presentation learning activities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience with a variety of concepts and procedures in the areas of adult learning, training modalities, and skills development
- Ability to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds
- Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: 85,000 - 105,000 USD
Work schedule: Remote
