Job Description
The Senior System Engineer will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the global IT infrastructure, resolving 2nd level IT tickets, and collaborating with the international IT Servicedesk Infrastructure Team, while ensuring timely support in a shift-based model.
Responsibilities
- •Administer and maintain the global IT infrastructure
- •Resolve 2nd level IT tickets raised by internal employees
- •Collaborate with the international IT Servicedesk Infrastructure Team
- •Manage Azure and Entra ID related systems, processes, services, and access rights
- •Oversee Google Workspace Platform including directory service management and scripting
- •Perform structured troubleshooting and escalate issues to vendors
- •Manage global infrastructure including on-prem and cloud providers
Requirements
- •Experience in administering and maintaining a SaaS, cloud, on-prem and clients environment comprising of Azure including, but not limited to, Entra ID, Identity Governance, Defender APIs, Powershell scripting.
- •Proficiency in Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022, Linux, Mac OS, and iOS.
- •Knowledge of Microsoft O365 including Teams and Google Workspace and Cloud Platform.
- •Good knowledge in global infrastructure management including on-prem and Cloud providers.
- •Understanding of TCP IP networks including, but not limited to, DNS, DHCP, routing, and SSL.
- •Willingness to work in a shift-based model to ensure global coverage and timely support.
- •Basic understanding of ITIL ITSM processes.
- •Strong customer-oriented mindset.
