Job Description
The Data Quality Structure Expert is responsible for developing and managing data structures and frameworks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the organization. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement data quality policies and provide training on best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data quality frameworks, policies, and procedures for financial reporting and analysis.
- Craft and execute data validation and monitoring activities to resolve data quality issues.
- Develop data quality metrics and dashboards to supervise and report on performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and other business units to understand data requirements and resolve data-related issues.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on data quality standards, tools, and techniques.
- Raise awareness about the importance of data quality and promote a data-driven culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in database design, data modeling, and data structure optimization.
- Experience with controlling software systems and SAP.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Fluent English and German language skills.
- Ability to be in the Allendorf office once a month.
