Job Description
The internship role at Celonis involves supporting the Portfolio Value Engineering team in driving customer success and engagement through online sessions, community events, and monitoring customer health metrics, while developing consulting, data, and communication skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation, coordination, and delivery of customer-facing formats such as webinars and online community events.
- Assist with monitoring customer success metrics and tracking customer health signals.
- Contribute to the creation of enablement materials and customer engagement content.
- Support internal project management activities to improve operational excellence.
- Learn to communicate product innovations and business transformation concepts effectively.
- Help identify opportunities for improving the customer experience through feedback analysis.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a comparable field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, confident interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset and interest in process optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven decision making.
- Full fluency in English and Spanish.
