Job Description
The Staff Frontend Engineer at Celonis will lead the design and implementation of large-scale features for the Celonis Platform, focusing on delivering high-performance user experiences. This role involves mentoring team members, improving the developer environment, and influencing product roadmaps while utilizing technologies such as Angular and Typescript.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, design, and implement large-scale and complex new features
- Make architectural and initiative proposals and lead a team of engineers
- Take independent ownership in product discussions and shape the roadmap
- Recognize and improve the developer work environment
- Mentor and grow teammates
- Write clean, understandable, and testable code
- Provide feedback on designs and code of peers
- Build, launch, and maintain features in production
- Actively share knowledge with cross-organizational impact
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience in frontend development preferably performing roles like Technical Lead, Frontend Architect or Staff Frontend role
- Familiar with Frontend reactive frameworks, such as Angular and its versions
- Proven leadership experience in large and complex projects
- Proven experience with assessing and enhancing performance of Large Scale Apps
- Proven experience with architectural impact in Large Scale Apps
