Job Description
The Online Community Intern at Celonis will support the growth and engagement of the Celonis Community by managing online spaces, creating content, and coordinating community events, while gaining hands-on experience in community operations and digital engagement.
Responsibilities
- •Assist with the management of online community spaces
- •Help prepare and publish community content
- •Work with stakeholders to keep community content relevant
- •Support community events by coordinating logistics and preparing materials
- •Serve as a champion for the online community
- •Gather feedback from community members to improve user experience
- •Participate in cross-functional syncs and knowledge-sharing
Requirements
- •First experience in customer-facing roles, digital engagement, or marketing through internships, university projects, or extracurricular activities.
- •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- •Interest in community building, user engagement, and digital platforms ideally with hands-on experience in managing or contributing to online communities.
- •Strong organizational and planning abilities, with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
- •Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with diverse stakeholders.
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
- •Creative and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with a passion for improving user experience.
- •Confident communicator with strong presentation and writing skills.
- •Proficient in German and English spoken and written.
