Job Description
The Strategic Account Executive for Manufacturing at Celonis is responsible for developing and managing enterprise customer accounts, driving revenue through value-based software sales, and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver process intelligence solutions within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Manufacturing sector.
- Engage with C-level and other stakeholders across lines of business.
- Represent and sell the full suite of Celonis solutions to clients.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and business value realization.
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software at C-level (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO) within the Manufacturing industry
- Native Japanese language proficiency
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech companies
- Experience in SaaS or software sales with value selling approaches
- Deep expertise in successfully building enterprise customer accounts and delivering against targets
- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders spanning direct and indirect sales, senior leaders in value engineering, business development, and services functions
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach to work
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work effectively as part of a team
