Job Description
A Strategic Account Executive responsible for driving revenue growth and managing enterprise accounts within the Manufacturing industry by building relationships, delivering business value through Celonis Process Intelligence solutions, and collaborating with internal teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic manufacturing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Engage with C-level executives and cross-line-of-business stakeholders to promote Celonis solutions.
- Represent the full suite of Celonis products and services to clients.
- Achieve individual revenue targets by closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders to support sales and customer success.
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth.
Requirements
- Experience selling enterprise software at C-level (CIO, CFO, CPO, COO) within the Manufacturing industry
- Native Japanese language proficiency
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven experience working with Partners, such as Consulting firms and Enterprise Tech companies
- Experience engaging with cross Line-of-Business at C-level and below
- Ability to represent the entire Celonis suite of solutions including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Sustainability, and Opportunity Management
- Experience in SaaS or software sales with value selling approaches
- Ability to build and manage enterprise customer accounts and deliver against revenue targets
- Experience managing a revenue target for closing six-figure deals within assigned accounts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders spanning direct and indirect sales, value engineering, business development, services functions, and virtual teams including business development representatives, marketing managers, partner managers, sales engineers, pre-sales, customer success managers, professional services, and implementation partners
- Willingness to adapt to a fast-moving, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, inclusive approach to work
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as part of a team
