Job Description
The VP, Global Partnerships at Celonis is responsible for managing strategic partnerships to enhance the adoption and integration of the Celonis platform, driving joint sales and market strategies while leading a team of Global and Regional Partner Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team of Global Partner Managers and Regional Partner Managers
- Develop global partner strategy across all facets of the relationship
- Identify key areas of activation of the partner’s business
- Develop market and sales play strategy across regions
- Collaborate with field sales to support partner strategy for customer acquisition
- Develop global and regional governance models
- Develop strategy for partner internal adoption of Celonis
- Oversee partner bookings, revenue, project and field sales forecast
- Develop joint marketing strategy
- Own global enablement plan
Requirements
- 15 years in Business Consulting as a Managing Director, Partner Manager, GTM Manager, and/or Sales Leader within the SaaS industry.
- Preferred experience in management consulting with a clear understanding of consulting business models and value propositions.
- Proven track record in driving go-to-market (GTM) activities and fostering strong customer relationships.
- Exceptional ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Demonstrated capability to organize and manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate Celonis use cases into consulting offerings and enable partners on Celonis.
- Skilled in showcasing Celonis core use cases through impactful demonstrations.
- A proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with partner stakeholders.
- Based in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States.
