Job Description
The job is for a commercial real estate attorney responsible for managing transactions, negotiating and drafting legal documents, conducting due diligence, and underwriting deals within a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm. The position requires collaboration with various teams and offers remote work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitating dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
- Negotiating and drafting documents for commercial real estate transactions.
- Coordinating and conducting due diligence activities, including title, environmental, and lease reviews.
- Underwriting transactions and preparing recommendations to senior executives.
- Preparing and reviewing legal descriptions.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney. Law firm experience strongly preferred.
- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
- Digital native with fluency in technology and remote work.
