Job Description
The role involves leading the People Culture function at Gatik, focusing on developing and executing a high-impact people strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances employee engagement, and fosters a culture of accountability and professional development in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute a high-impact people strategy aligned with business objectives.
- •Build initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- •Implement performance review processes and career development programs.
- •Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain employment policies.
- •Design and refine competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- •Provide strategic guidance on people-related challenges to executives and managers.
- •Lead the implementation and optimization of an HRIS.
Requirements
- •Minimum of ten years of Human Resources and related experience, with progressive management and leadership responsibility.
- •Proven track record in a senior People leadership role, preferably in a high-growth, high-performance, and mission-driven environment.
- •In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in both the US and Canada.
- •Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive alignment and influence at all levels.
- •Demonstrated ability to thrive in a demanding, results-driven environment where individuals are expected to take initiative and complete things with urgency.
