Job Description

The Account Executive role at Insider involves driving sales and growth for a leading B2B SaaS company that specializes in customer experience and marketing solutions, leveraging innovative products and flexible commercial strategies to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions to clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
