Job Description
The Account Director at Insider will be responsible for driving growth and managing client relationships within a B2B SaaS environment, leveraging innovative AI-native marketing solutions to enhance customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth for clients using the AI-native platform for Customer Experience and Marketing.
- Connect data across channels and predict future behavior with AI.
- Individualize customer experiences from a single platform.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence.
- Engage with high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies.
- Lead corporate social responsibility initiatives to impact communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and marketing platforms, particularly in an AI-native context.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment across multiple countries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
