Job Description
The Account Director will be responsible for managing client renewals and stakeholder relationships, driving expansion opportunities, and negotiating contract terms while collaborating with Customer Success Managers to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive renewal and expansion opportunities
- Manage contract terms and price negotiations
- Coordinate with Customer Success Managers
- Serve as the primary contact for executives
- Nurture sponsors and discover stakeholder needs
- Conduct Business Reviews and oversee renewal processes
- Negotiate contracts
Requirements
- Experience in account management, specifically in renewals and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in coordination with Customer Success Managers.
- Proven track record of driving renewal and creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities.
- Experience in contract terms including price negotiations.
- Ability to manage high-level stakeholders through all account bases.
- Experience in sponsor nurturing and discovering stakeholders' needs to match with product suites.
- Experience in conducting Business Reviews and managing renewal processes.
- Experience in contract negotiations.
