Job Description
The Vendor Manager - QA QC is responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of high-specification industrial equipment while maintaining quality and compliance standards, acting as the key interface between procurement, vendors, fabrication teams, and clients to mitigate risks and meet project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure on-time delivery of high-specification process and fired equipment
- Coordinate between procurement, sub-vendors, fabrication teams, inspection agencies, logistics, and clients
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting project schedule and quality standards
Requirements
- Experience in ensuring the on-time delivery of complex, high-specification process and fired equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid-mounted units, and related packages.
- Ability to meet the stringent quality and compliance standards of the Oil Gas industry.
- Proven experience serving as the key interface between procurement, sub-vendors, internal fabrication teams, inspection agencies, logistics, and end clients.
- Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact the project schedule or quality objectives.
